Nevis Range is much more than a winter ski
area, it is a highly acclaimed visitor attraction in its own
right, offering both winter and summer visitors a stunning
ride to 2150ft on the mountain of Aonach Mor, where they can
soak up the genuine highland hospitality, admire the breathtaking
panoramic views, and on the odd occasion even soak up some
sunshine!! You will find everything you need onsite
for a great day out, all you need to bring is your enthusiasm!!

The mountain is well equipped with places
to refuel during your visit, whether you are looking for a
sit down meal in the Snowgoose Restaurant, or a refreshing
drink or snack in the Pinemarten Coffee Shop after an exhilarating
ride on the downhill track!
Snowgoose Restaurant and Bar
At
the Snowgoose Restaurant visitors can enjoy delicious home
cooking and fresh baking made from local produce, or alternatively
sample a local dram in the bar.
Selected Friday evening during the summer,
visitors can enjoy a meal at the Snowgoose restaurant, whilst
watching the sun set over the Great Glen. Music up a
Mountain Evenings are truly a once in a lifetime experience
and you can be assured that a memorable time will be had by
all .
Pinemarten Coffee Shop
Located at the base station, the Pinemarten
Coffee Shop is an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a refreshing
drink or sample the delicious home baking, it also provides
the perfect opportunity to refuel during your quest around
the Leanachan Forest or after your extreme action on the downhill
track!! Warm up by the stove on those wet and windy days.
The Nevisport shop at the top station, stocks
products to cover every eventuality, from gloves for colder
weather to sunglasses for the summer sunshine!! Choose
from a wide range of unique gifts, novelties, prints and images
that will act as a constant reminder of your visit to Nevis
Range.
Impress friends and family by taking the
opportunity to post your cards from the highest post box in
Scotland, it even boasts its own special stamp so they have
no excuses for not believing your tales of your journey to
the clouds!!
Whatever
your age or background, Nevis Range aims to enhance your knowledge
of our natural resource - Aonach Mor. We strive to educate
visitors old and young about the geology, biology, climate
and history of this somewhat unique environment.
The Mountain Discovery Centre, located at
the top station, was created with the objective of educating
adults and children alike, about the wildlife, mountain habitat
and landscape that surround us. Interpretation panels,
interactive displays and video footage all aid in the learning
experience.
For our younger visitors we have a small
playpark to explore and a nature trail to follow, guaranteed
to keep the children entertained whilst the parents relax
and enjoy the stunning views.
During
the summer months our onsite equipment hire workshop transforms
from ski hire into bike hire. For those of you adrenaline
junkies who want to experience the thrills and spills of the
downhill track our hire technicians will ensure all you needs
are catered for, from the right bike to protective gear.
If we don't have exactly what you are looking for we will
do our utmost to point you in the right direction!
We have a highly dedicated and professional
team of trained first aiders to hand, who provide first aid
and emergency care on and off the hill - free of charge!!
The centre is well equipped with medical rooms at both the
top and bottom gondola stations, so whether you perform an
amazing tumble on the downhill track or have a minor accident
we have friendly staff to tend your every need.
There are no childcare facilities at Nevis
Range, however, there are various local childcare providers
who will look after younger members of your family whilst
