Nevis Range is a very practical, hands-on
company with a lively outdoor atmosphere. The number of staff
varies from 50 during the summer to over 100 in the winter.
It is a fun and energetic place to work; hence most of the
staff are keen outdoor enthusiasts.

Managing Director
Marian has been a key figure in the
company since the beginning, from Ski School Manager to Administration
Director; she has now reached the dizzy heights of MD. She
is the friendly driving force behind Nevis Range. A keen skier,
sailor and biker, she has spent more time out of doors than
in!!

Accountant
David has been controlling the purse
strings of Nevis Range since 1991. A man of very few words,
his favourites being "HOW MUCH?!!!" David is also our IT wizard;
famous for the spells he casts on our computer systems!!

Office Manager
Another member of the original team,
Jan thankfully holds the place together, especially in times
of madness, whatever the weather Jan remains calm and efficient.
After office hours however this all changes, as she dons her
leathers and jumps on the back of a fast bike!!
- Catering Manager
Peter began his time at Nevis Range in 1989
as Chef and over the years has worked his way up to Catering
Manager. Although he had a break from the hill for a few years
Peter couldn't stay away - we think he missed being surrounded
by adoring women all day!!

Engineering Manager
Chris is the creator of our runs,
from erecting snow fences, moving and grooming the snow to
building impressive jumps within the terrain park. Chris has
his work cut out keeping all the hill staff in check but faces
greater challenges keeping up with them in the bar!!

Assistant Engineering Manager
With patience and perseverance Stevie
fixes all things great and small, mechanical, electrical and
other bits in between. If you have the patience he has
the perseverance. He is an excellent stripper and isn't
bad at re-building the machines afterwards!

Ski Patrol Manager
The man with everyone's safety on
his mind, he is a welcome sight to any casualty, his experience
being second to none. Jeff and his team are BASP trained to
react to incidents on and off the hill. A friendly and helpful
chap we certainly couldn't do without!!

Ski School Manager
Davie is a whirlwind of energy, ideas,
and action. Committed to offering the best possible learning
experience to all our winter visitors, he is a demon on skis
but needs adult supervision on chair lifts!!
