What is a Keycard
Durable credit card sized plastic card. This is retained by the customer and used each time they purchase a ticket.
How do I get a Keycard
Contact Nevis Range on 01397 705825, email info@nevisrange.co.uk or pick one up at Nevis Range Ticket Office.
Which tickets are available
* We advise you to choose “1 day in the season” (1DAY/SEASON) , which is not connected to a particular day and remains valid if you cannot use it on the intended day
- Any day in the season zone A *
- Afternoon zone A
- 1 day zone A
- 2 day zone A
- 3 day zone A
- Any 3 out of 5 days zone A (During current season)
How do I use my Keycard to purchase a lift pass
- From a PC or WAP phone go to
- www.nevisrange.co.uk and select Online Tickets
- You will require a current and valid debit or credit card, cards accepted are listed
- Family tickets (2 adults + 2 children) must be booked onto separate keycards
- Follow the on screen instructions to select your ticket and make payment
- Once the transaction is complete you will be given a reference number
- You will receive email confirmation once your card transaction is authorised
- The Keycard is then ready to use
Payment problems
- If the purchase is shown as not authorised or not valid this can be for a number of reasons
- Entry errors
- Expired card
- Card blocked for security reasons **
- Insufficient funds **

- Ensure you have selected the correct card type - card options are shown on the payment page
- Check card number is correct
- Check start and expiry dates are correct
- Check the security code is correct

How does the Keycard work
As you pass through the turnstile the card is automatically updated by the SkiData server.
Refund Information
- If the ski area is not able to open on the day you have booked, please contact the ticket office (in person or by phone), and they will credit your KEYCARD with a day pass, which can be used on any other day, this season or next
- If a partial refund is due please go to the ticket office on the day to receive your partial refund
