Welcome 10 Under the Ben & MacAvalanche to the Nevis Range family!
Nevis Range are delighted to announce that we will be taking over two of our favourites from NoFuss Events, 10 Under the Ben and MacAvalanche! After exploding onto the event scene in 2005, NoFuss have presented events in a way that were a unique mix of challenging and fun. NoFuss creators Frazer Coupland and David (Spook) Munro will be helping us with this takeover and will ensure that they all still have that fun, laid back No-Fuss style.

Our passion for events at Nevis Range stems back over two decades, 10 Under the Ben has become a feature in the Nevis Range calendar over the past 16 years and we are delighted to have secured its future! 10 Under the Ben is so much more than just a race, it is a true test of endurance and in the post pandemic world we can’t think of a better way to bring together likeminded mountain bike fanatics.
10 Under the Ben
MacAvalanche brings a truly extraordinary event to the Nevis Range Calendar, it is our intention to have a mass start in the snow that will then lead on to a 10km battle royale down the slopes of Aonach Mor to the Nevis Range Base Station. Fitness, stamina and brute strength will definitely be necessary traits for this race!
Chris O’Brien – Nevis Range Managing Director “These two events will become the Crown Jewels of the Nevis Race Calendar from 2022 onwards and we look forward to working with both Frazer and Spook to deliver these outstanding races and welcome back race veterans and new riders.”
All entry fee’s purchased for 2020 10 Under the Ben and MacAvalanche will be honoured by Nevis Range for 2022.
